This project is design a recruitment app for Centre For Civil Society And Governance. Under COVID-19, a job search or recruitment app that can conduct video interviews from home has become very important. It is designed to be an inventory-based, user-oriented, informative and interactive “information commons” app. Often, people of different abilities are round pegs in a society of square holes – we envision a society with holes of multiple shapes, fitting jobs to people and not just people to jobs.

01 Empathize
Most of the traditional recruitment apps are also more informative, none of them are informative and can conduct interviews.

02 Define
Analysis of different recruitment app to understand the most important information to the job seekers and employers.

03 Ideate
Design individual chat between two users and group chat of multiple users. All the applicants and employers / NGOs will be joined into a group chatroom while only the Company / Organisation can publish messages. Also, design the main video chat function.

04 Prototype
This is my first time using the “Framework 7” to build the full featured iOS app UI & UX design. Not only the design but also the coding.

05 Test & Adjust
Check all the layout and function are working or not. Such as the flow of apply for a new job, then how to chat on the instant message module.

06 Launch
Bring the mockup app and assist in pitching presentation at the University of Hong Kong.
