The website mainly provides instructions to who is interested in the meeting for registration. Also, introduce all the programs’ details and speakers. It is an informative and responsive website, so the website focuses on a simple and clear style.

Design Process
01 Planning
Collect the data document from the client and analysis the requirements.
02 Design
Base on the data to draw the sitemap, design the wireframes.Base on the purpose that it is an annual meeting which have a sign up period, designing countdown timer on homepage.
03 Development
Using the CMS platform to code the website with the most frontend and less backend development.
04 Launch
Deliver the website to client and teach them to use the CMS Platform to maintain the website.

The home page mainly uses the countdown timer to show how many days are left until the day of the meeting. There are many programs held by the society that use the table to show the date, time, subject, and speaker. Also using the divider to separate different programs.
